Responsibilities — deliver integrated planning and reliable capacity

• Build and maintain a single schedule covering internal production and outsourcing.
• Provide a reliable reading of available capacity before accepting new contracts.
• Allocate production hours between the factory, additional resources, and subcontractors according to priorities.
• Facilitate coordination exchanges with sales, operations, and outsourcing to align commitments.
• Anticipate capacity needs and develop required suppliers to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
• Structure planning practices to support capacity ramp-up and growth.
• Contribute to expansion scenarios in the United States and France, including occasional travel to suppliers.
